It’s always that much more fun doing home improvement in the summertime don’t you think? I remember when I use to fit carpets all around Bournemouth back in the late 80′s, we use to love detouring via the peer on our way to work to watch all the pretty girls having their lunch break.
Summertime is the best time in the UK all the colours and flowers brightly displaying themselves. It’s a time when we can enjoy working in the outdoors whether it’s on the roof or in the garden.
If you are fitting new bathroom suites in your home then here is a quick how to guide for those who have never before fitted bathroom suites.
The first thing you need to do is to turn off the cold water supply when you have done this you then need to drain the hot water tank, make sure you do this when you do not have hot water in it as this will be a huge waste of money. After you have drained the hot water you can now proceed with removing your old bathroom suite. Be careful when removing the taps as you do not want to damage any of the existing pipe work. You will need a ratchet and spanner to unscrew the old taps and for fixing the new taps securely in place. Be sure to get a bathroom suite which has all the same fixings in exactly the same place as your old one as this will mean you are able to just take out the old bath, basin and toilet and fit the new ones in place. Leave all bath and other panels off before testing whether you have any leaks if you are happy there are no leaks then fix all panels in place. It is worth using ptf tape when fixing all your taps to the pipes as this gives added protection against future leaks.

When choosing conservatory furniture most people don’t give it a second thought but here are a few ideas on what to consider before purchasing your conservatory furniture.
The first thing to consider when purchasing conservatory furniture is how much space you have available for your conservatory furniture. The last thing you want to do is clutter up your conservatory with oversized furniture. Always opt for smaller conservatory furniture to give more space in your conservatory as cluttered conservatories often end up becoming unused conservatories.
Next, choose the fabrics and materials carefully conservatory furniture should harmonised with the natural surroundings, trees, grass, wood. All these colours and materials should be used in the construction of your conservatory furniture as they will bring a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to your conservatory. Again, if your conservatory has a more relaxing feel to it you are far more likely to use your conservatory.

Boilers are used to heat up water for the home they are also used to heat the water that is passed to radiators throughout the house to keep the house warm. Boilers need to be replaced about every 20 years or so if you have just bought a new home check with the owner to see how old the boilers are as they are not cheap to replace. Boilers can come in many different designs such as combi boilers or traditional boilers, if you are looking boilers that will give you instant hot water then combi boilers are the best.
Do not try to install boilers yourself this is a job for the professional as the law states that all boilers are required to be fitted by a corgi registered plumber. Also remember that your boilers need to be regularly serviced not least because they can become unsafe but also as boilers can become inefficient and costly to run. If you have not had your boilers serviced in the last 12 months you should get yourself a corgi man to service all your boilers.

Oil tanks are designed to store oil used for heating your home most people use oil due to the fact that other cheaper fuels are not available. Given that oil is expensive you want to make sure that the oil tanks you use are the best as you don’t want leaks. Oil tanks come in many different shapes and designs although design is not important for oil tanks it can make for a prettier site when sat outside in your green garden.
Getting oil tanks home can be something of a challenge, strapping oil tanks onto your Ford Cortina is not the safest way to get your oil tanks home better off going on the internet and using an oil tanks supplier to deliver to your home.
Oil tanks are usually made from metal or strong plastic and your oil tanks should always come with a guarantee, check this guarantee carefully so as it covers for the expensive business of fitting new oil tanks should all go wrong.

Steam rooms are designed to heat up the room in a similar way to saunas, once the steam room has reached a certain temperature your body starts to sweat all the nasty toxins out of your body. Steam rooms have a long and established history right back to the Romans who used to enjoy steam rooms on a regular basis, maybe it was all that red wine they drank that gave them such a liking for steam rooms. If you have never enjoyed using steam rooms inquire at a good hotel or gym club and ask if you can pay for a pass for the day, most are happy to let you use their steam rooms for the day. This is the best way to find if steam rooms are right for you.
Medically steam rooms are the perfect way to start and end the day as they will remove all the nasty toxins and get the blood following as it should. If you take a look on the net you will find medical research that supports the use of steam rooms for many medical conditions.

ggsfsd asked:
I am executor of my dad’s will. Property to be divided equally between 3. All he had was furniture. Estate auction and divide the money was my plan. Now, my sister wants one piece of furniture. Do I get that one piece appraised, sell the rest? What if the rest of the furniture sells for less than that one piece appraised for?
